Psalm 23 and Its Promises

Psalm 23
1 The LORD is my shepherd (Relationship),
I shall not be in want (Provision).
2 He makes me lie down in green pastures (Serenity),
he leads me beside quiet waters (Refreshment),
3 he restores my soul (Healing).
He guides me in paths of righteousness (Direction)
for his name's sake (Purpose).
4 Even though I walk (Pace)
through the valley of the shadow of death (Tribulation), [a]
I will fear no evil (Protection),
for you are with me (Faithfulness);
your rod and your staff (Discipline),
they comfort me (Love).
5 You prepare a table before me (Hope)
in the presence of my enemies (Guard).
You anoint my head with oil (Consecration);
my cup overflows (Abundance).
6 Surely goodness and love will follow me (Blessings)
all the days of my life (Promise),
and I will dwell in the house of the LORD (Assurance)
forever (Eternity).
